Perhaps they have read about your mods/driving expereinces here as well. Just a thought. Here in ohio their is a local group that meets/races and posts on a web forum. They are called Columbus Racing. Unfortunately the local cops frequent the web board, and read all the "kill stories" for ideas of who to target, and "meeting spots" for ideas of where to stake out. The guys on their now think that they are one step ahead, and they feel that if they say... "uh where we playing GT3 at tonight?" that the cops will never decipher their complex code. LOL.
Best of luck to you though. Many cops bend the rules for the simple fact that its your word against theirs, and even in the event you win they still got the satisfaction of putting you through the grief of having to defend yourself.
